    • Final payout of $2000 will be issued with the payroll period comprising the 180-day anniversary from Start Date
    • All bonus payments will be subject to all applicable tax reporting and withholding requirements
    • You must be employed through the end of each measurement period to remain eligible for the associated bonus pay out
